My stay at Kasa of Love was the first time I was a house guest in over 25 years. By staying in the Kasa of Love home, I had the opportunity for a lot of self-reflection. I asked myself why I previously always felt uncomfortable as a house guest and would always opt for a hotel or a private airbnb. I was able to recognize and heal many, many limiting beliefs that didn't serve me and inhibited my growth simply by being in the environment provided.
